Build a life you don’t need to escape.

For gay men who are done with default drinks, midweek wine and a party culture that no longer fits. Keep the music. Lose the hangover.

You look fine on the outside. But you’re tired of the loop.

Most weekends still revolve around drinks. One becomes many. Monday guilt, Tuesday reset, Friday repeat. You’re not at rock bottom, and you don’t want rehab. You want control.

You’re not broken. You’re just done.

01 No labels.

You don’t need to call yourself an alcoholic or take on a recovery identity to make a real change.

02 Real structure.

Private, practical coaching with honest conversations, clear tools and accountability between sessions.

03 Your next chapter.

Take alcohol out of the centre and rebuild your confidence, your dating life and a social life that feels like yours.

What changes

The loop

Friday drinks turn into too many

Waking up anxious, avoiding calls

Sunday regret texts

Promises to cut back, then repeat

The comeback

Friday dinner with a friend, home when you choose

A clear head on Saturday morning

A walk, the gym, actually present

No panic, no shame

Same dancefloor. Clear head.

Sobriety isn’t about losing your social life. It’s about gaining yourself back.

Questions, answered straight.

No. Many clients are high-functioning gay men who simply know alcohol takes up more space than they want. We start with your goals, not a label.

Your drinking patterns and triggers, confidence, dating, social life and identity. You leave each session with practical tools, honest reflection and accountability.

No. Coaching is future-focused support for deliberate change. It doesn’t diagnose, treat dependency, process trauma or replace medical care, therapy, detox or crisis support.

Yes. Sessions are online, so I work with men across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

You do not need to arrive with a recovery label or a perfect plan. We clarify what control means for you and work honestly toward a relationship with alcohol that supports the life you want.

It’s designed for gay men roughly 35 to 60 who understand how nightlife, dating, belonging and alcohol can be tied together.

Coaching, not crisis care. If you need urgent help, contact your GP or NHS 111, or call 999 in an emergency.

Your comeback starts with a conversation.

Calm, confidential and free. Tell me where you are, and we’ll see if coaching is right for you.
